Arrivals/Departures
Unless previously arranged, arrival time at the apartment is from 3pm onwards, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Payment
A £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. Unless previously arranged, the remainder of the tariff is due no later than
four weeks prior to arrival.
Payments (including deposits) can be made by credit card, cheque (euros,dollars or pounds), bank transfer, or cash.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation payment will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge
of £15 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.
Access
The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.
Cleaning
Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy. Alternatively,a £25 cleaning charge may be applied.
Breakages and Losses
Damages, breakages or losses should be reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost.

Smoking
Queen's Gate Apartment is strictly non-smoking . Visitors must refrain from smoking in the premises.
Linens
Bed linen and towels are included. Fresh linens and towels will be provided at the end of each ten days hire and the apartment
given a light tidy.
Owners Discretion
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to terminate a let should these terms and conditions not be met, or if
unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let.
