• Arrivals/Departures
Unless previously arranged, arrival time at the apartment is from 3pm onwards, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

• Payment
A £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. Unless previously arranged, the remainder of the tariff is payable no later than four weeks prior to arrival.
Payments (including deposits) can be made by credit card cheque (pounds, dollars or euros), bank transfer or cash.

• Cleaning
Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy. Alternatively a cleaning charge of £25 may be applied.

• Access
The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.

• Cancellation
In the event of cancellation the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £15 will be deducted from any refund.

• Breakages and Losses
Damages, breakages or losses should be reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost.

• Smoking
The Belhaven Apartment is strictly non-smoking. Visitors must refrain from smoking on the premises.

• Linens
Bed linen and towels are provided. These will be changed at the end of each ten days hire and the apartment given a light tidy.

• Owners Discretion
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to terminate a let should these terms and conditions not be met, or if unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let.
