Arrivals/Departures
Unless previously arranged, arrival time
at the apartment is from 3pm onwards, and it must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Payment
Payment by UK bank cheque, cash or sterling traveller
cheque is acceptable. A £100 security deposit per week/part of week is required to secure a booking. For the security deposit,
we do accept the equivalent amount in US dollars or Euros.

The total amount for the accommodation is to be paid in full on arrival.
At the end of the stay the security deposit will be returned in full unless breakages or damages have been caused.
- Cancellation
In the event of cancellation the deposit will
only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £15 will be deducted from any refund.
- Access
The owners retain the right of access to the apartment.
- Cleaning
Visitors should leave the apartment clean and tidy.
Alternatively cleaning can be organised at a charge of £25.
- Breakages and Losses
Damages, breakages or losses should be
reported to the owners before departure. Repair or replacement will be charged at cost.

- Smoking
Queen's Gate Apartment is non-smoking . Visitors must refrain from smoking
on the premises.
- Linens
Bed linen and towels are provided. Fresh linens and towels will be provided
at the end of each week's hire and the apartment given a light tidy.
- Owners Discretion
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to terminate
a let should these terms and conditions not be met, or if unreasonable behaviour or disturbance is caused during the let.
