"My husband and I rented Queensgate for a week in October, 2006. The garden level apartment with private entrance was a delight.
Fully furnished, it is located in a lovely West End residential neighborhood, a short walk to the subway or bus and restaurants,
pubs, coffee houses, as well as Marks and Spencer (a marvelous upscale grocery store). We enjoyed the opportunity to return
to Queensgate following a stimulating day in Glasgow and relax in a quiet-restful environment. The many books on the bookshelves
enhanced our Glasgow insights."

"I have been telling anyone planning a trip to Glasgow, looking for
self-catering accommodation, to make a note of your contact details.
We were so comfortable there and would have loved to stay longer. It
felt so good after a day of travellling around to return to our cosy
apartment, light the fire and cook a meal in our lovely fully
equipped kitchen - with one exception - there was no screwdriver for
our wine bottle. However, you thought of absolutely everything else
so I'm sure it was more llikely that some guest walked off with it.
The bed was sheer heavenly comfort and we both slept very well every
night. The location was perfect - handy for shops, transportation,
etc. as well as being a nice residential area. Last, but not least,
were yourselves as hosts - truly ideal. You were very hospitable,
friendly and quick to respond to any needs that arose, but you also
respected our privacy which was important to us. We have stayed in
places where this was certainly not the case. As you may recall, we
had to spend our last two nights in a B&B because you were booked
up. Believe me, we missed Queens Gate terribly and could not wait
to get on our way, which would not have been the case had we still
been with you."
